Two pharmacists arrested for allegedly stealing tens of thousands of medications from IDF base

Israeli police, in cooperation with the Defense Ministry's internal investigations unit and military police, arrested two pharmacists suspected of stealing tens of thousands of medications, including prescription drugs, from an IDF base and selling them. The arrests followed a covert investigation. The suspects, a head pharmacist at Camp Glilot and another pharmacist, worked as external contractors for the Defense Ministry. They face charges including theft by a authorized person, fraud, and negligence. Additional suspects were detained for questioning.
