Luxembourg court approves transfer of 25% of Delfin by Del Vecchio heirs
According to MF-Milano Finanza, Luxembourg judges have given the green light for Paola and Luca Del Vecchio to transfer their respective 12.5% stakes in Delfin to a corporate vehicle they own. This operation allows the heirs to circumvent the statutory veto on pledging Delfin shares, effectively unlocking the restructuring of the holding company. Delfin holds significant stakes in major companies: 32.4% of EssilorLuxottica, 17.5% of MPS, 10% of Generali, 2.7% of Unicredit, and 28% of Covivio.
