Terms of Service
Effective August 31, 2026
These terms govern your use of DoseFix. By using the service or creating an account, you agree to them.
What DoseFix provides
DoseFix collects, consolidates, summarizes, and translates reports from third-party news sources. The service may use automated systems and artificial intelligence. Developing information can be incomplete, delayed, mistranslated, or wrong, so consult linked original sources before making important decisions.
Not an emergency service
DoseFix is not an emergency-alert, medical, legal, financial, or public-safety authority. Do not rely on it instead of official warnings or emergency services.
Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for activity under your account. Do not impersonate others, harass people, post unlawful or deliberately false material, manipulate votes, evade security controls, scrape the service abusively, or interfere with its operation. We may moderate content and suspend access to protect users and the service.
Your contributions
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant DoseFix a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, translate, display, and distribute it as needed to operate, moderate, and improve the service. Only submit material you have the right to share, and clearly distinguish firsthand observations from third-party claims.
Sources and intellectual property
Third-party articles, marks, and media remain the property of their owners and are linked or attributed where applicable. DoseFix’s software, branding, and original interface content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Availability and liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, DoseFix disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and contact
We may change or discontinue features and may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Questions can be sent to max.brin@gmail.com.
